DARBY – Authorities have identified the Bitterroot Valley woman who drowned last week at Lake Como.

The Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Rachel Verity Warr, from the Florence area, was swimming and paddle boarding on the lake with another adult female when the incident occurred.

Ravalli County Sheriff and Coroner Steve Holton confirmed that the cause of Warr’s death was drowning.
