Butte police used a taser to subdue a man Saturday who forced his way into chemical dependency center.
Mark Nay faces charges of simple assault and resisting arrest after police say he forced his way into this center on East Mercury Street and threatened staff.
Police chased him to East Park Street and deployed a taser on him when he resisted arrest, according to police. Nay remains in jail.
