Billings Prerelease reports walkaway

BILLINGS — Alternatives Inc. and the Department of Corrections have issued a notification to the public of an offender who walked away from the Passages Women's Prerelease Center.

Jasmine Talia Lamere reportedly walked away from the center at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

Lamere is 5 feet 5 inches and weighs 130 pounds.

She is Native American with brown hair and brown eyes.

Lamere was sentenced out of Cascade County for criminal possession of dangerous drugs. She arrived at Passages January 7, 2019.

The DOC is asking for public assistance in locating the offender. She should be considered dangerous as she is facing a ten year sentence for felony escape and should not be approached.

Information concerning her whereabouts should be reported to law enforcement immediately.
