Tegan-Luciano has been located and is safe. Missoula Police Department thanks everyone for their assistance.

A Missing Endangered Person Advisory has been issued for a 13year-old Tegan-Luciano Ingemi-Kern by the Missoula Police Department.
Tegan-Luciano has been missing for over 24 hours. Missoula police say he is not dressed for the severe winter weather.
He is 5 feet tall, 100 pounds, with shaggy long blonde hair and brown eyes.
