The chance of showers and thunderstorms will continue in the evenings for the next couple of days. Some of the storms could be severe, with Thursday having the greatest chances for damaging storms.
Afternoon high temperatures Wednesday and Thursday will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Expect sunshine during the day, but the humidity will remain fairly high.
Storms will favor areas as far west as around Livingston to the north around Roundup to Forsyth south through northern Wyoming this evening. Northern Wyoming has the best chance of strong severe storms Wednesday evening.
For Thursday, almost the entire region is under a greater risk of late day storms. Heavy rain, large hail, damaging winds, and frequent lightning could be expected with storms the develop.
