BILLINGS – Emergency personnel responded Tuesday evening to a vehicle that overturned near the Billings public library.
The vehicle appears to be a red sedan and rolled onto its right side on Sixth Avenue North just north of the library.
One man was transported to a local hospital by ambulance.
He had been struck in a second vehicle, a white sedan, that appeared to have collided with the overturned vehicle.
