BILLINGS – Assistant Billings Police Chief Joel Slade is retiring and his position will be filled by the commander currently in charge of detectives.
In a press release issued Thursday morning, Billings Police Chief Rich St. John said Capt. Jeremy House will replace Slade in the role of assistant chief.
St. John also announced these other promotions within the department:
– Neil Lawrence has been promoted from Administrative Lieutenant to Captain overseeing the Office of Professional Standards. He will replace Kevin Iffland who retired and took a position as the city’s assistant administrator.
– Brian Korell has been promoted from patrol shift Lieutenant to Captain of Operations. He will replace Captain RD Harper who transferred to Captain of Investigations.
– Brandon Wooley has been promoted from CCSIU Sergeant to Administrative Lieutenant.
– Brian Krivitz has been promoted from Detective Sergeant to Patrol Shift Lieutenant.
