Artists displayed their work and showed how to create their pieces at an art gallery open house.
Five artists brought their skills to Toucan Art Gallery on Saturday.
The event gave the artists a chance to show how they paint, draw and create their artwork.
Watching an artist can bring even more joy to those who appreciate the process and creation of these original works of art.
"There’s a real appreciation when you see it made, maybe there’s an ownership to it,” said Allison O’Donnell, co-owner of Toucan. “I think everybody aspires to do what they admire in other people. This is a chance for them to see and talk to others and maybe learn a trick or two."
