BILLINGS – Monday night was the college football national championship, and Hooligans sports bar in downtown Billings had a huge turnout. An even bigger crowd came out to support one local family and their daughter, who needs choledochal cyst surgery.

It was Hooligans’ weekly Community Monday event, where 20 percent of all sales from 5 p.m. to close are donated to a charity, school group or local fundraiser.

This Monday’s event was dedicated to helping with baby Audrey’s choledochal cyst surgery, and the family was truly speechless.

“Our newborn daughter Audrey has a cyst right below her liver and her abdomen, and we have to go down to Denver and she will have surgery and hope for a speedy recovery,” said father Bryan Sandine. “There’s hundreds of people that are here, you know, a lot of people came out to see us and it’s… we are kind of speechless. You know, we don’t know what to say. Just thankful. It means a lot. “

The winner of the 50/50 raffle won $770, and the winner donated his half back to the charity.
