It's winter outside, but some in Billings are already getting ready for summer adventures.
The Great Rockies Sportshow drew outfitters from all around the world Friday to the MetraPark Expo Center.
In previous years, the Sportshow has been in other cities, but this year, Billings is the only place.
Outdoor enthusiasts from around Montana and Wyoming came to find a possible vacation for later in the year.
"People from Montana and Wyoming grew up with this outdoor heritage,” said Bill Reier, show manager. “We all like to go hunting and fishing and camping. Here at the show, people can come down and take their kids and get ready for their family adventures, be it camping or traveling or whatever."
The three-day Great Rockies Sportshow runs until 8 p.m. on Friday, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
