Big Horn County announced three confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Saturday afternoon, as well as the county's second death.
The deceased was a man in his 80s.
The three confirmed cases of COVID-19 came in a female in her 30s, a female in her 50s and a male in his 60s.
Two patients were found through contact tracing. One presented with symptoms and is unrelated to current clusters in Big Horn County.
Big Horn County has reported 46 confirmed cases of COVID-19. There have been 34 recoveries and are still 10 active cases. Eight patients are quarantining and recovering at home and two patients are hospitalized.
