A Billings neuro-psychologist has advice for anyone who is suffering from an increase in anxiety due to the COVID-19 pandemic and possibly having to shelter in their homes for a period of time.
Dr, Brenda Roche, a neuro-psychologist at behavioral health at Billings Clinic, suggested Friday that the best thing people can do to give themselves some piece of mind is maintain some normalcy in their lives
“Recognize that the emotions they are having are normal reactions to abnormal experiences,” said Roche.
Roche said that eating healthy and keeping the body moving at this time can help people can maintain good mental health during this pandemic.
