The Montana Supreme Court has suspended all jury trials statewide until April 10 to curb the spread of COVID-19.
In an order issued Friday, the judges said they made the order after consulting with trial court judges, justice partners and public-health authorities.
The court had previously issued guidelines asking to delay trials and limit jury-pool size to avoid large groups of people.
Montana had 108 reported cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by coronavirus, as of Friday morning.
