According to the Montana Response COVID-19 tracking map, Montana confirms 319 cases of COVID-19 as of Tuesday. The previously reported state total Monday afternoon was 319.

There have been 27 hospitalizations of COVID-19 patients in Montana, and 51 recovered patients.

The DPHHS public health lab in Helena has completed 6,985 tests for COVID-19.

As of Tuesday morning, the official COVID-19 website for Montana will be updated just once per day rather than twice. Updates will be posted at about 10 a.m. every day.

Another change is that the website now includes the number of recovered COVID-19 patients in Montana.

Governor Steve Bullock plans to host a news conference on Tuesday at 2 p.m. An email from his office states he plans to announce an extension of the "stay-at-home" order, which was issued on March 26 and runs through Friday, April 10. He indicated last week that the extension will likely last through Friday, April 24.
