Montana state health officials reported three additional deaths and 212 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, according to the Montana Response COVID-19 tracking map.
The state death toll now stands at 190. Additional deaths were reported in Hill, Roosevelt, and Valley counties.
Yellowstone County reported the highest number of new cases with 34. Roosevelt County added 33, and Cascade County reported 32 new cases of the virus. Deer Lodge County reported 20 new cases, and Petroleum County reported its first cases of COVID-19, the last county in the state to have no reported cases until Monday.
The remaining new cases were spread across 29 Montana counties.

The cumulative number of cases in Montana has reached 14,847, and there have been 9,649 recoveries.
There are now 5,008 active cases in the state, with Yellowstone County reporting the highest number of active cases with 1,164. Flatehead County reports 730 active cases, and Cascade County has 471 active cases.
There are 201 people hospitalized for treatment of the virus.
The total number of tests performed has reached 369,975, an increase of 12,562 during the previous 24-hour reporting period, according to state health officials.
