Montana state health officials reported 60 new COVID-9 cases and an additional deaths on Monday, according to the Montana Response COVID-19 tracking map.
Gallatin County reported the highest number of new cases with 16. Yellowstone County followed with 12 new coronavirus cases, and Big Horn County reported 10 new cases.
RiverStone Health said in a press release Monday morning that a woman in her 80s died Sunday at a hospital in Yellowstone County.
Two additional deaths were reported in Big Horn County on Sunday afternoon. The deaths included a man in his 40s and a man in his 70s. Both men had been hospitalized prior to their deaths.

The state death toll now stands at 64.
There are now 1,516 active cases in the state, and health officials report 2,653 people have recovered from the virus.
Yellowstone County reports the most active cases with 559. Big Horn County reports 198 active cases, and Flathead County reports 130 active cases.
