One new COVID-19 case in Yellowstone County as Montana total rises to 51

As of Tuesday afternoon, the State of Montana has confirmed 51 positive COVID-19 cases in the state. The prior total reported Tuesday morning was 46.

According to the Montana Response COVID-19 case map , there are three more new cases in Gallatin County, bringing its total to 19. They included a women in her 20s, a man in his 30s and a man in his 60s..

The first case in Jefferson County, a man in his 60s, has been confirmed.

Yellowstone County added one more case, a woman in her 30s, bringing its total to 8.

The state has conducted 2,001 tests, including 312 new tests Tuesday afternoon.

Other Montana counties with confirmed cases are as follows:

  • Missoula: 6
  • Flathead: 4
  • Cascade: 3
  • Lewis & Clark: 3
  • SilverBow: 3
  • Madison: 1
  • Ravalli: 1
  • Broadwater: 1
  • Roosevelt: 1

There have not been any deaths in Montana attributed to COVID-19 at this point.
