Yellowstone County Health Officer John Felton has scheduled a press conference Thursday at 1 p.m.
Felton will outline Yellowstone County’s plans for reopening businesses in light of Gov. Steve Bullock’s phased statewide approach announced Wednesday, according to a press release.
