The Big Horn County Sheriff's Office released the names of the two people arrested.
Gary Hugs Jr., 29, and Donnalyn Russell, 30, are in custody at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.
Detectives from Sheriff's offices in Yellowstone and Big Horn counties worked to arrest the suspects.

Two men are in the hospital, and a man and a woman are in police custody following an early Friday morning shooting at the Love's Truck Stop in Hardin.
Sheriff Lawrence Big Hair said in a Friday press release that a Montana game warden was at the truck stop around midnight off Interstate 90 and tried to disarm one of the suspects holding a hand gun.
The warden exchanged gunfire with the suspects but was uninjured, according to Big Hair.
Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks emailed a comment on the shooting.
"Our primary concern right now is for our warden and ensuring he’s got the support he needs, as well as assisting the Sheriff’s office in their investigation.”, said Dave Loewen, Chief of Law Enforcement at FWP.
The shooting involved all local individuals, and Big Hair believes it's related to local criminal activity. Neither the suspects nor the victims have been identified.
Big Hair told Q2 News the two individuals were arrested later Friday morning in Billings.
Big Horn County detectives are gathering evidences for criminal charges, and Yellowstone County deputies are assisting.
A shooting incident in Lockwod may be connected, Yellowstone County Sheriff Mike Linder said.
It happened on Thursday about 10 p.m. near Ford Road, which is close to Johnson Lane.
One person got out of a car and shot at another person in a vehicle making a right turn, according to Linder.
He said the vehicle description and the number of people involved are similar.
"Leads us to believe the incidents are somehow related," Linder said.
