HELENA – A 39-year-old Helena man has been charged with raping a girl under the age of 14.
Bryan Anthony Ellis appeared in Lewis and Clark Justice Court on Monday on a felony charge of sexual intercourse without consent and a misdemeanor charge of sexual assault.
According to court documents, the girl told a forensic investigator she went into Ellis’ trailer after he agreed to give her a cigarette.
The girl said once inside the trailer Ellis took off her clothes and raped her.
She told the interviewer that she told Ellis to stop, but he did not.
Ellis’ bond was set at $100,000.
