MISSOULA – One of the men charged with shooting and killing two people at a Missoula hotel Friday made his initial appearance in Missoula District Court on Tuesday morning.
Preston Rossbach is accused of killing 23-year-old Jason Flink and 31-year-old Megan McLaughlin. Rossbach, along with Jonathan Whitworth, are also accused of injuring a third person Friday.
Whitworth made his initial appearance on the murder charges Monday.
Rossbach’s bond will remain at $250,000 until he has been appointed a lawyer. His arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 13 where he will enter initial pleas for the two homicide charges he is facing.
