A 62-year-old Wyoming man has been charged with poaching over 100 deer in northern Wyoming.
According to KROE-AM radio in Sheridan, Gregg Lambdin was charged with 11 counts of destruction of big game animals in Sheridan County.
Lambdin made his initial court appearance on Tuesday on charges that include 9 felonies and 2 misdemeanors.
If convicted on all charges, he faces up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $110,000. The Wyoming Game & Fish reports that Lambdin had killed the deer between July 2016 and November 2018.
They said 114 big game animal carcasses in varying stages of decomposition were found around his property.
