BILLINGS - Billings police were investigating an early Monday morning armed robbery.
The robbery happened at 3:48 a.m. at 3150 King Ave W., according to a Twitter post by Sgt. Matt Lennick. The address corresponds to Town Pump convenience store.
Lennick said a white male wearing a black hoodie, mask and gloves displayed a firearm to an employee and fled the store with about $2,800 in cash.
The suspect was not immediately located and the investigation was ongoing.
