Man accused of running over construction worker, causing Billings crashes ID'd

The man accused of running over a construction worker and causing multiple crashes in south Billings Thursday night has been identified.

Nathaniel Tucker, 36 of Lodge Grass, faces five felony charges and three misdemeanors for the incident, which sent at least three people, including Tucker, to the hospital, according to the Yellowstone County jail roster.

Tucker allegedly fled two different accident scene before hitting a construction worker on South Billings Boulevard, according to Billings police.

Police said he then struck another vehicle head-on and was caught after he tried to flee on foot.

He faces three felony charges of criminal endangerment and two charges of negligent vehicular assault. He also faces misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest.
