BILLINGS - Alexander Garrett LaForge III, 36, is being held at the Yellowstone County Detention Center on deliberate homicide charges involving the Brett Ness case.
Brett C. Ness, 24, was shot on April 27 at his residence, and was pronounced dead at the hospital of a gunshot wound to the head.
LaForge faces possible charges of felony deliberate homicide, driving a motor vehicle with a revoked/suspended license, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, felony motor vehicle theft, and felony probation violation.
