A woman was lucky to escape serious injury today after her car caromed off a building and hit a parked car on 1st Avenue North and North 23rd Street.
The woman had 81 dollars stolen from her at a local laundromat around 3 p.m.
She then got in her car and chased the suspects who were driving a red vehicle.
She chased the suspects through the neighborhood and then onto 1st Avenue North and followed them onto North 23rd Street.
She was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control when she turned the corner.
Her car hit the side of a building before crashing into a parked car.
She was not transported to the hospital and will most likely be cited for wreckless driving.
The red suspect vehicle was last seen going the wrong way on Montana Avenue, before escaping the scene.
