Update: Missing boy found safe; alert canceled

Update 5:37 p.m. The Montana Department of Justice has canceled the missing person alert for Treyton Louis Mount. He was located and is safe.

BILLINGS- The Montana Department of Justice has issued a missing endangered person advisory for Treyton Louis Mount, 9, of Fort Belknap.

Treyton is believed to be with his noncustodial mother, Collette Marie Stiffarm, 27, who has alcohol dependency and suffers from withdrawals and alcoholic seizures when not drinking, according to police.

The pair are believed to be headed to Billings or Wyoming.

Treyton is four feet tall, 55 pounds with black hair and black eyes.

Stiffarm is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
