BILLINGS – A man serving a sentence for felony burglary has walked away from a Billings prerelease center.
Spencer Harvey Ferguson, 34, left the Alpha House Men’s Prerelease Center at 104 N. 31st St. at 8:30 p.m. Thursday. He has been placed on escape status.
Ferguson was sentenced in Flathead County for felony burglary in 2014. He arrived at the prerelease center in Billings on July 1, according to a press release.
Ferguson is described as a white male, 6-feet tall, 170 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
