Veterans Day is coming up this Sunday. Here is a list of some places that have special offers:
(Sunday, Nov. 11) – Veterans and Active Duty Military can select a free meal from a limited menu on Veteran’s Day (proof of service required).
CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORE
Montana locations in Missoula and Billings, but NO Bozeman location
(Sunday Nov. 11, 2018) – On Veterans Day, November 11, all military veterans receive a complimentary slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake in thanks for their service. Dine in only.
(Nov. 11th and Nov. 12) – All former and current military personnel will receive a free two meat Combo.
(Sunday, November 11th, 2018) – Visit a U.S. Great Clips salon on Nov. 11 receive either a free haircut that day or the free haircut card to use at a later date.
Haircut Cards are redeemable until Dec. 31, 2018
NATIONAL PARKS (FREE entrance!)
(Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018) – The National Park Service invites all visitors to remember our veterans by visiting any National Park Service site for free on Veterans Day (this offer open to anyone, not just Veterans)
(Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018) – Active, former and retired military are invited for a free entree from a shortened 10 item menu
Cabela’s Hometown Heroes
There is a 5 percent discount is for Military Personnel (active and retired military, active reservists and VA recipients) plus Law-Enforcement, Firefighters and Emergency Medical Service personnel (EMS) with proof of service. Cabela’s is hosting Hometown Heroes events. Check individual store events for Veterans Day activities and possible additional discounts.
Home Depot
A 10 percent discount is also offered to all other military veterans on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Veterans Day.
Target
A Veterans Day military discount is available at Target stores and Target.com from Nov. 4-12, 2018. All active duty military, veterans, and their spouse and/or dependent children are eligible to receive a 10 percent discount.
MSUB will be hosting a Veterans Day ceremony beginning at 10 am on Sunday. A free lunch will follow at noon.
