BILLINGS- Children at Billings Clinic got a special surprise Thursday.
Santa Claus stopped by the hospital to visit patients at the pediatric unit and surprised them with special gifts.
The kids even told Santa what’s on their wish lists.
The annual holiday tradition is a partnership between Billings Clinic and Rimrock Mall.
After his time in the pediatric unit, Santa strolled the halls to spread holiday cheer to visitors.
His last stop was surprising children in the waiting room.
