BILLINGS- There is a new tool for parents to track how well their child’s school is measuring in performance and testing standards, among other things.

The Wyoming Department of Education recently unveiled a new website called Wyoming Measures Up dot com. The idea of the website is to track the state’s education report card, a requirement of the federally mandated Every Student Succeeds Act.

Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Balow said transparency and public engagement are two of the main goals.

Visitors to the new report card can view information from the 2017 and 2018 school year at the state, district, and school level.

Sections include school performance, assessments, enrollment, graduation, teachers, and more. The State Report Card is an ongoing, annual requirement will be updated and improved every year.
