Mail delivery will be suspended in eastern Montana Wednesday because of the Polar Vortex Jayden, the U.S. Postal Service announced Tuesday.

No collection will be made from businesses, boxes, residential or commercial areas, the post office said.

A Postal Service representative could not confirm the exact region of eastern Montana for the mail blackout Wednesday.

Retail operations will be available but limited.

Parts of eastern Montana are forecasted to see wind chill push temperatures as low as 40 degrees below zero.
