BILLINGS- The T-shirt design for this year’s Montana Women’s Run has been revealed.
The artwork for the shirt features flowers, including Bitterroot-shaped in keeping with the Montana Women’s Run tradition, and plant shapes that represent springtime and women’s causes.
The image is a woman runner silhouette. A trail of flower and plant shapes behind the runner creates movement and communicates vitality, dynamics and well-being, event organizers said.
The color circles find their place at the center of the flowers—symbolizing a common goal of achieving health and well-being for women, organizers said.
The 38th Montana Women’s Run will be held at 8 a.m. May 11 in downtown Billings. Proceeds for the event benefit local charities that contribute to women’s health and wellness.
