BILLINGS- Web-surfing travelers, rejoice: The Billings Logan International Airport now has free Wi-Fi.
The airport announced Monday that its service provider, Boingo Wireless, completed an upgrade to allow passengers to connect to the internet throughout the terminal.
Passengers can also purchase faster, premium internet speed through one-day passes or monthly Boingo subscriptions.
“We recently needed to extend the contract between Boingo and the City of Billings and took advantage
of this contract change to upgrade the Wi-Fi experience to provide the connectivity demands of today’s passengers, including a free Wi-Fi option,” Airport Director Kevin Ploehn said in a news release.
