BILLINGS – Five days after a crash north of the Miles City Municipal Airport, a Montana woman died Thursday from her injuries.
According to Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Brandon Kelm, the woman was driving southbound on MT-59 N Saturday when she crossed the center line and exited the roadway from the left side.
She crashed through a fence and then the vehicle flew into the air. It flipped and landed on its roof.
The woman was wearing her seat belt and alcohol is not suspected as a factor in the crash.
Montana Highway Patrol is still investigating what caused the woman to leave the road.
