BILLINGS – The Billings Fire Department on Wednesday closed the Billings rims for the Fourth of July holiday.
The rims will be closed to all car, bike and foot traffic from Zimmerman Park to Swords Park and all areas south of Highway 3.
The closure will be in effect until July 6.
