The Billings Clinic Classic takes over downtown at this time of year.

The pandemic canceled the big party, but was still able to help the cause on Saturday afternoon.

"We are here to celebrate another portion of the Billings Clinic Classic," said Q2's Jeanelle Slade at the Billings Clinic healing garden.

She joined the Billings Clinic Foundation crew on the hospital campus to draw some raffle winners!

Thousands of dollars in prizes ranging from flowers, to an I-phone 11 and even diamonds!

The Classic along with generous donors raises funds each year to improve healthcare across the region.

The drawing alone raised nearly $40,000.

Instead of the big party Saturday night, employees and volunteers delivered 160 individual celebrations and dinners across this portion of the state and even as far as Denver!

So party-goers will be celebrating on their patios, while helping a good cause.

"In this unparalleled time, it's important that we all come together as a community and take care of one another, " said Amberly Pahut , Senior Director of Philanthropy at Billings Clinic. "A crisis happens unexpectedly and people need somewhere to turn immediately. And this year's classic funds are providing those resources to help people with food, gas, a hotel stay, whatever it may be. Every family's situation is unique and their needs are unique as well. But we can step up and help them in any way."

The dinner and party even includes a live virtual celebration and music performance.

You can also go online to bid on silent auction items and donate to Billings Clinic Assistance Funds.
