(first report) Billings police are blocking the three eastbound lanes on the 2400 block of Fourth Avenue North for a nearby downed power line sparking on the road.
Police are advising motorists to use an alternate route.
BPD is currently blocking 3 eastbound lanes in the 2400 block of 4th Ave North. Power line is down sparking on the road. Use alternate route.
