BILLINGS — Billings police are investigating an armed robbery attempt at a Heights casino Sunday night.
Police were called to the Diamond Jubilee Casino at 1214 Main Street at 6:30 p.m. Sunday for reports of a robbery attempt and shots fired inside the casino.
The suspect entered the casino to demand money but the attendant was in the back room.
The suspect fired three gunshots near the bar. Two patrons were inside the casino but were not injured. Police are continuing to investigate and search for a suspect.
