Billings police are seeking helping finding a missing endangered person.
Andrew Salava, 43, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds. He was last seen on an electric bicycle wearing a long, grey-sleeved shirt with a black vest and blue jeans.
He has a full salt-and-pepper colored beard.
Salava also has medical conditions that, if untreated, could be life-threatening.
