BILLINGS — A pickup truck traveling southbound through the roundabout at the top of Zimmerman Trail in Billings struck two other vehicles around 3:45 p.m. Saturday sending two to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to Billings Police Sgt. Glenn Gunther, a maroon Ford pickup was driving southbound in the roundabout at Zimmerman Trail and Highway 3 when the driver lost control and hit two other vehicles.
Two occupants from one of the vehicles were transported to a Billings hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Gunther said.
On scene, a white minivan with drivers-side damage was partially on the median in the northbound lane of Zimmerman Trail.
Gunther said speed is considered a factor in the crash and the road surface was wet when it occurred.
Zimmerman Trail was closed to traffic for about an hour and 45 minutes while first responders cleared the crash.
