BILLINGS — Mardi Gras season is underway, and although we're miles away from the heart of the New Orleans festivities a restaurant is bringing the tradition to Billings.

Cajun Phatty's at 2564 King Ave. W. is accepting orders for King Cake.

The cake is usually eaten through the carnival season and on Fat Tuesday.

Restaurant owner Ashley Robichaux, a Louisiana native, doesn't only cook the cakes herself, she also knows all about the history of the pastry and the celebration.

Watch the video above to learn more and find out how you can order your own King Cake to carry on the Mardi Gras tradition.
