Although Montanans on unemployment will no longer receive an additional $600 a week from the federal government after this week, resources remain available in Billings to help families balance the budget.
HRDC is a community action agency in Billings that helps people with everything from paying bills, to employment training, to scholarships for daycare, to fighting evictions.
HRDC's director of operations, Marc Burr, spoke with Q2 Friday afternoon, reiterating that if people need help to make ends meet, contact them.
