A 32-year-old Hardin woman died Tuesday afternoon in a rollover crash on Highway 91 in Big Horn County.
Montana Highway Patrol troopers said Wednesday the woman was traveling east on the highway when her Jeep Commander left the road for unknown reasons, tipped and rolled.
The woman was ejected, and the vehicle landed on top of her, troopers said.
The driver was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident marked the 79th death on Montana highways this year, according to the highway patrol.
