BILLINGS — With one shopping weekend left before Christmas, the Billings Public Library is encouraging parents to give their children the gift of reading.
The head children's librarian Allynne Ellis and Billings Public Library Foundation Director Leslie Modrow stopped by Montana this Morning with some recommendations.
