There is a new animal making his way to Zoo Montana in Billings, but he is going very, very slowly. It’s an 18-month-old, male, two-toed sloth.
This slow but steady traveler only goes about 41 yards per day, so he is not expected here in Billings till later this summer.
He also does not yet have a name, but he has anInstagram account where you can follow his leisurely journey to the zoo.
ZooMontana received a $51,000 grant from the state last year to launch marketing of the Stockman Bank sloth exhibit.
