BILLINGS — Richard Allen Bowers, 44, was fatally shot in a homicide at a Big Timber apartment building according to a release from the Sweet Grass County Sheriff's Office.
Kevin Walla, 42, has been charged with deliberate homicide as a result of the shooting, the release stated.
Walla is being held without bond and there are no other suspects.
Bowers was shot shortly before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in an apartment at 413 West 8th Avenue in Big Timber, according to the release.
