A recent patient at Billings Clinic wanted to give back to the health care workers who helped her.
Makenzie Anderson, 15 of Lockwood, wrote a letter to Billings Clinic staff promising she will stay at home to protect against the spread of COVID-19, and she urged others do the same.
Billings Clinic shared the letter with Q2 with Anderson's permission.

Dear Doctors, Nurses, Hospital staff,
Thank you. Thank you for all the work, time, and effort you're putting in during this crazy and scary time.
You are the hope to the hopeless, and strength to the weary. Many of us citizens are having to stay home, quarantined, to try and stay protected from corona, but you all choose to get out of the comfort of your homes and put others' lives before your own. For that I am extremely thankful and grateful.
Billings is extremely lucky to have wonderful people like yourselves protecting and caring for us. Due to all the work, energy and time you're putting in, I've decided to fully quarantine myself and encourage others to as well. Thank you all so much for everything you're doing in this community. You are all truly amazing, cherished, and valued in my eyes.
