Westbound Interstate 90 has closed from Ranchester, Wyo., to the Montana state line because of winter conditions Friday afternoon, according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation.

The estimated opening time is unknown, and viewers have told Q2 that vehicles were backed up with numerous spinoffs between Garryowen and Lodge Grass.

Forecasts are calling for more snow to hit the area later Friday and into Saturday.
