Meal prep can be very stressful, especially during the holidays. To help make cooking easier this holiday season, the Montana Beef Council (MBC) is providing easy recipes and tips to help make the process less stressful.

“There are a lot of different recipe options for different taste buds,” said MBC Executive Director Chaley Harney. “There also different price point options out there for consumers that are looking to bring beef as a centerpiece to their holiday meal.”

The Montana Beef Council and www.beefitswhatsfordinner.com have an endless supply of beef recipes fit for the holidays.

“Whether it be a classic beef tenderloin with cranberry drizzle, a rib roast with horseradish sauce or beef brisket or Wellington, we have the information to help you,” said Harney. “There is a wide variety of opportunities for different recipes and different price points for that wonderful holiday meal.”

The Montana Beef Council also wants to recognize the state's cattlemen and women for all of their hard work providing beef for consumers year-round and especially during the holidays.

“We would just like to take an opportunity to say thank you to all of Montana’s ranchers,” said Harney. “We want to thank them for producing the perfect centerpiece for the dining room table.”
